Gordon Brown, the unelected disaster, has as I predicted, jumped onto the phony climate change carbon trading gravy train with both feet.

He will consider increasing the government’s target of a 60% cut in Britain's carbon emissions by the year 2050 to 80%.

But the key to his speech on ‘climate change’ lies in his reference to the Kyoto Protocol which expires in 2012 and the political vision of exploiting the taxpayers of the world with a global carbon trading market complete with binding emissions caps for all developed countries.

In other words he, along with all the other dishonest politicians in power, wants to use the fear of Global Warming (now re-named, ‘climate change’) as an excuse to tax us for creating carbon emissions, carbon trading is set to be quadrillion-billion-dollar industry, but there is a problem which is simply this:

There is not one iota of proof that carbon dioxide causes climate change.

In fact the reverse is true as was demonstrated in a UK court room when the makers of Al Gore’s fantasy-fiction film, ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ were forced to concede that carbon levels depicted in the film as being identical to rises in temperature, in actual fact followed behind fluctuations in temperature by between 800 -2000 years.

If carbon levels follow behind changes in temperature then they cannot be the cause.

Equally embarrassing must be the revelation this week that the medieval warm period was 0.3 degrees warmer than it is now.

$125,000 will be awarded to the first person to prove, in a scientific manner, that humans are causing harmful global warming. The winning entry will specifically reject both of the following two hypotheses:

UGWC Hypothesis 1

Manmade emissions of greenhouse gases do not discernibly, significantly and predictably cause increases in global surface and tropospheric temperatures along with associated stratospheric cooling.

UGWC Hypothesis 2

The benefits equal or exceed the costs of any increases in global temperature caused by manmade greenhouse gas emissions between the present time and the year 2100, when all global social, economic and environmental effects are considered.

So will Gordon the Green Brown or his Sidekick, Raving, Dave-the-Boy Miliband, provide the scientific proof that man made emissions cause climate change and so justify their ‘green taxes’ and by doing so also win Junk Science’s pot of gold, before depriving us of our hard earned cash?
